We will not be able to rush and it will cost a little more since our warehouse uses UPS. Anything that is shipped to the Houston/Galveston Area will have free shipping. Unfortunately, PayPal will not let us have any specials so we will reimburse the shipping that is charged to you. We also have a buy 3 get 1 free special that we will do the same thing for.
